Pricing and payment Prices are stated at the point of purchase in the currency shown. Payment is processed through third-party providers, and your payment details are handled by them, not by us.

Delivery Digital Services are delivered by email or through the platform specified at purchase. You acknowledge that by accessing digital content immediately, you waive your statutory right to cancel under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

Refunds We offer refunds within 14 days of purchase where the digital content has not yet been accessed or delivered. Once delivery begins, refunds are at our discretion.

No professional advice Paid Services provide strategic commentary and frameworks. They are not legal, financial, regulatory, or investment advice. You should take independent professional advice before acting on anything we publish.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site and within our Services, including text, frameworks, methodologies, graphics, and downloadable materials, is owned by Trusted Agents Ltd or licensed to us. You may:

You may not:

• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or £100, whichever is greater
